Roshani obtained her PhD in chemistry from Monash University. She has over 20 years of teaching experience in the field of chemistry and has produced excellent results, including students with study scores of 50. Roshani has also worked as a secondary school chemistry teacher and as a university lecturer. She has produced many  Chemistry publications for high school students. (RoshChem Chemistry Units 1&2 and 3&4 study guides, key topic tests and trial exams).
