Step 1)

Click on  Online / Remote Tutoring Available - Click here  to login as shown

Step 2)

Click on  the "JOIN" button below your tutors name as shown

Step 3)

make selection 1, 2 or 3 (recommend to use the MS Team application, if  you don't have download and install it) 

Step 4)

a) If you are a student 

Type your name and click "Join now" button to start or join the meeting

b) If you are a tutor scroll to the bottom of the page and click sign in

Step 5)

All meetings are recorded. If you wish to continue the lesson, click the "Dismiss" button. 

Step 6) - Tutors only

Follow below steps to share the physical whiteboard to online students. You can use an external camera for better quality.

Follow steps 1, 2 and 3 and then the camera.

Step 7)

At the end of the meeting, please make sure to click "End meeting" button the end the meeting
